• Face-to-face project meetings
  • Project launch: defining project goals & outline of curriculum map
  • Check-in: midway point to touch base
  • Software launch & training session
  • Closing meeting: finalizing edits
  • Bonus meeting: as needed for substantial edits
• Communication:
  • Unlimited email support throughout the project until the launch date
  • Storyboard sign-offs and rounds of edits conducted via email
  • Unlimited phone calls
• Launch assistance: setup of the LMS and personnel training on use of the software
• 2 rounds of edits per module
• Unlimited edits for the learning pathway map
• Additional assistance beyond the end of the contract is available at an hourly rate
• Project duration is dependent on the size of the project
