A versatile Instructional Designer with a flair for making learning fun!
My background is in nursing & microbiology, so I am experienced and passionate about life sciences education, particularly for healthcare professionals. Elevating the standard of care through high quality training has been my career focus for 15 years, and I bring a broad range of experience to the table as a healthcare instructional designer, from academic research to bedside nursing to healthcare administration.
In my work as an instructional designer, I heavily leverage a multimedia approach, using voiceover, graphic design, video and interactive elements to keep the learner engaged. I enjoy leveraging unique modalities such as gamification and microlearning to build fun and exciting educational content for adult learners.

Single Module
Develop a single E-Learning module for your organization. There are two rounds of edits included in this package. Timeline is dependent on the type and depth of material, but will always be less than 1 month, including all meetings.
E-Learning Course Suite
Develop up to 5 unique modules for your curriculum. Courses are uploaded to your existing LMS software, for your organization to manage. Two rounds of edits per module are included. The specific timeline is dependent on the subject matter, but will not go longer than 6 months.
Full Curriculum Design
I will build out the entire educational program for your organization. Included in this package:
*E-Learning Module development for up to 10 courses
*LMS (Learning Management System) software setup
*Training for personnel to maintain the system after my contract ends
*Documentation of learning pathways, including prerequisites and passing grade requirements
This package includes 2 rounds of edits for each course module and unlimited edits for the learning pathway itself. The timeline is dependent on the scope of the project and subject matter, and will be determined at the beginning of the project.
Instructor-led Training
Virtual (or in-person if you are local to Seattle) courses lead by me for your organization or event. This package is flexible, as it would be highly dependent on the subject matter, schedule, and class size. Whether you need a class for a one-time event, or on an ongoing basis, please inquire to see if it’s a good fit!
